These two-hour visits can be used in whichever way you choose from my offerings. We will have a phone chat before just to check-in and see if you require me to come prepared for specific needs, or whether you would like to see what organically feels right on the day.

Debrief your birth and experience a non-judgmental listening ear to help you process your unique experience.

Sit with you during breastfeeds and offer support, reassurance and suggestions to feel more comfortable and confident in this ‘learned skill’. Provide information and contacts for Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) should this be required.
Provide practical support, self-care planning and anything else from the offerings below (excluding Massage & Meals).
